Winter’s Enchantment

In a winter world where snowflakes drift and fall,

Horse-drawn sleighs glide, heeding yuletide’s call.

Silver bells chime in crisp, harmonious song,

As spirits rise with echoes pure and strong.

Above, the stars like scattered diamonds lie,

Their icy glimmers waltzing through the sky.

A frosty light their midnight dance imparts,

Igniting dreams, illuminating hearts.

Around the hearth, where flames glow soft and low,

Families gather, faces all aglow.

Children’s laughter fills the firelit air,

While lovers trace their footprints, pair by pair.

Each snowflake spins like lace woven in the air,

A fragile web of wonder fine and rare.

A shimmering veil draped on silent pines,

Embroidering winter’s hem in silver lines.

Peace settles deep, like snow on silent stone,

Soft murmurs fall, as if the earth’s own tone.

Yet in each flake, a secret drifts to land,

Of dreams, and warmth, and beauty hand in hand.
